If you require access to psychometric results (if any are undertaken) we will provide a trained psychologist to interpret the results that you have achieved through any psychometric assessment. In some instances this service will attract a charge pertaining to consulting time.

ArchiStaff takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information provided. Information is held in secure computer storage systems and paper-based filing systems. ArchiStaff accepts payments over 128-bit SSL encryption.
Access to Personal Information
Archistaff will release the personal information retained by the organization to the individual upon request, along with the use and disclosure of any personal information.

The information will be released within 30 days of receipt of the request. Should ArchiStaff not be able to comply with the request for a justifiable reason, that reason will be given to the person requesting the information.

- Solicitor-client privilege
- Litigation privilege
- Security and ongoing fraud investigations
- Sensitive medical information, which can be obtained through other means
- Requests that would prove prohibitively costly

Disposal of your information
Unless you advise / inform us otherwise we will destroy any personal or sensitive information that we hold on you if it has not been updated by you for a period of three years.
If you require us to dispose of your information before this period then please inform us in writing addressed to the Privacy Manager.
Our policy is to destroy unused information in a secure and confidential manner.
